1. Return Policy
We follow a "No Questions Asked Return Policy" at the time of delivery for specific categories.
? Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Bakery, etc.):

If you are not satisfied with the freshness or quality of any item at the time of delivery, you may return it immediately to our delivery staff.

The delivery staff will take back the product and the amount will be adjusted in your final bill or refunded to your wallet/account.
? Non-Perishable Items (Groceries, Packaged Foods, Home Essentials, etc.):

Non-perishable items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery only if:

The product is damaged, expired, or defective.

You received a wrong product.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact.

Items like frozen foods, hygiene products, or personal care items once opened.

2. Refund Policy
Once a return is received and verified, refunds will be processed as follows:
Mode of Refund

If you paid Online (UPI / Card / Net Banking) → refund will be credited to the same payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD) → refund will be issued as:

Wallet credit (Dindigul Shopping Wallet) within 24 hours, or

Bank transfer (if requested) within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Option

For defective or damaged items, you can choose a replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.

If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
4. Delivery & Shipping Policy (Summary)

Free delivery for orders above ₹200.

For orders below ₹200, a ₹40 delivery fee applies.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM are delivered next day (6 AM – 2 PM) or on the selected delivery slot.
If you entered an incorrect address or are unavailable during delivery, redelivery charges may apply.
