By placing an order with us through our website or mobile application, you agree to the following Shipping & Delivery Terms:
1. Delivery Coverage
Our delivery services are currently available within Dindigul city limits (Pincode 624001) — covering areas up to approximately 6 km from the city center.
Deliveries beyond this range are not available at the moment due to logistics and fuel constraints.
We are continuously working to expand our delivery zones, and if your address is not yet covered, our team will notify you promptly once service becomes available.
2. Delivery Timings
Our delivery services operate every day within the following time slots:

Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Evening: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are generally scheduled for the same-day afternoon delivery, while orders placed later are delivered during the evening slot or the next available slot based on order volume and delivery location.
Customers will receive a message or call before dispatch confirming their delivery time.
We continuously strive to ensure prompt and reliable deliveries to all our customers.
3. Minimum Order & Delivery Charges

Minimum order value: ₹200

Orders above ₹200 qualify for free home delivery.

Orders below ₹200 will incur a ₹40 delivery charge.
Dindigul Shopping reserves the right to update delivery fees based on distance, fuel prices, or special logistics needs.
4. Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS or WhatsApp message with the delivery schedule.
Our delivery agents will contact you prior to arrival.
Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate and reachable at the time of delivery.
If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a re-delivery attempt may be made, and additional charges may apply.
5. Delivery of Perishable Goods
As we deal with fresh and perishable items (like vegetables, fruits, dairy, etc.), all deliveries are made under strict freshness standards.
However, due to natural variations, slight differences in size, color, or weight (up to 5%) may occur.
6. Order Tracking
You can track your order through:

7. Delivery Delays
We strive for timely delivery, but certain factors (weather, traffic, supply chain issues, strikes, etc.) may cause delays.
In such cases, our support team will inform you proactively and reschedule at your convenience.
8. Cancellation & Returns

You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting customer support.

Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

In case of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, you can return them immediately at the time of delivery.
A refund or replacement will be processed as per our Return Policy.
